Depending on your request, we process your first and last name, contact details, message subject and content, requested reservation date and details, number of guests, and information or files submitted with an application. These data are used to answer enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interests; prepare and perform reservations or services on a pre-contractual or contractual basis; review applications on a pre-contractual basis; comply with legal obligations; and secure and operate the website on the basis of our legitimate interests. Required fields are identified in each form; without them, the relevant request may not be processed.
5. RECIPIENTS, PROCESSORS AND TRANSFERS
Data are accessible only to authorized SARL SPORT BAR personnel and, where necessary, its technical service providers: Webflow for hosting and forms, and Google for email and work tools used to manage requests. Data are sent to WhatsApp/Meta, Google Maps or Streamable only when you choose to open the relevant service. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; transfers are governed by GDPR-compliant mechanisms, including applicable adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses. Personal data are never sold.
6. RETENTION PERIODS
Enquiries and prospect data are retained for no more than three years after the last contact. Reservation requests are kept while they are processed, then contractual evidence is retained for five years; accounting records are retained for ten years. Unsuccessful applications and submitted files are deleted no later than two years after the last contact, unless earlier deletion is requested or a different period is agreed. Technical logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for security, normally no more than twelve months. Data may be kept longer where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to the GDPR's conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and may withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent. 8. SECURITY AND MINORS' DATA
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to preserve data confidentiality, integrity and availability, and access is limited to personnel who need it. As no system can guarantee absolute security, confirmed incidents are handled in accordance with applicable obligations. The venue and its reservation and application forms are restricted to adults; we do not intentionally seek to collect minors' data.
9. COOKIES, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND UPDATES
The website uses only trackers strictly necessary to provide and secure the service and operate its forms. As of this update, no advertising audience measurement or profiling tool is active, so these necessary trackers alone do not require a consent banner. Google Maps and Streamable content load only after a deliberate action, while the WhatsApp button opens a third-party service governed by its own policy.
